Therapy

I'm a Registered Social Worker offering therapy for people who don't always feel like they fit neatly into the usual boxes.

If you've spent any time listening to my podcasts, you'll have a sense of how I tend to show up in conversations: curious, direct when it matters, and not especially interested in pretending everything is fine when it isn't. Therapy with me isn't a performance, and it’s not a checklist. It's a conversation you don't have to carry on your own.

People come to me for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes it's something specific: loss, burnout, depression, complicated relationships, things that don't sit easily in a short explanation. Sometimes it's just a sense that things feel off, or heavier than they should, and it's time to talk to someone who will actually listen.

My background is in social work, and I'm registered to provide therapy in Ontario. I've spent years working in and around difficult conversations, whether that's in professional settings or in long-form, public discussions about mental health, grief, and the things people don't always say out loud.
