Last episode, you met Jen Ferris, and heard about her journey from a foundling on the streets of India, to a youngster growing up in the Yukon, to a nanny working to save for university, and eventually a public servant – all experienced without the gift of sight.

This episode finds us at the 10 year mark of her public service career, now moving to Ottawa, ready to see whether her next ten years have more of the same difficulties in accommodation. We failed her in 2001. Would the next decade demonstrate the improvement she should reasonably expect?
